ABOUT US
ADV Textile is a family-owned and fully integrated apparel manufacturer. The business was established in 1994 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. From our early starts in the embroidery and printing segments, we continuously expanded our skills and capabilities. Today all production steps required to manufacture high quality garments are controlled and managed in house.

Design & Development
We share our experience with you to optimise your design concept and select the most suitable fabrics the produce the desired garment.
Sample production
We produce the first sample reflecting your finalised specifications. The approved sample is after used as a guide for the batch production.
Weaving
ADV is your partner in the design and production of plain, twill, satin, jacquard and many other woven fabrics.
Knitting

Fabric Dyeing

Improve the fabrics touch or performance. We provide a soft touch, create fleece effects or avoid the future garment to shrink after washing.
Cutting
Computer-driven automated cutters produce the segments the garments out of the large fabric pile. We ensure precision and consistency.
Screen Printing
We transform you into several layers, ready to be printed. The automated process ensures a high level of accuracy and quality.
Embroidery
Our experience designers digitise your layout by considering all machine specification. After to designed is automatically stitched to the garments.
Sewing
An experienced team working at the ADV assembly line join together all components of the garments according to the given specifications.
Labeling
ADV Textile can design and produce and attache custom tags to all garments produced.
Product analysis and Quality Control
We ensure a high level of quality and consistency across the entire production batch. The aim is matching to 100% the sample with every unit.
Packaging
Regardless if bags, carton boxes or custom materials, ADV Textile can provide a packaging as unique as the garment itself.
